Does my vehicle need a special hitch designed for it?

Yes.  All of our hitches are factory custom made for each individual make/model/year vehicle.  We have hitches fitting vehicles for most makes/models (even hitches for vehicles manufactured in the 1940's to the present date).  Call for your trailer hitch now!

Do I need an appointment to get a hitch installed or work done?

No.  We take the work in on a first-come-first-serve basis - No appointment necessary!

Can I wait while the work is being done?

Yes.
We have an air-conditioned waiting room with television and magazines. 
We have three restaurants within walking distance.
We have a nearby busway - bus goes to nearby Mall and Movie Theater Complex. 

How long will I have to wait to have my hitch installed?

The average hitch installation is between than 30 - 60 minutes (depending on vehicle). 

Can I buy a hitch over the phone and have it delivered to me?

Yes.  We accept credit cards over the phone and use UPS Ground for shipments.  We do have a 'no returns' policy, however, so make sure you have the correct year/make/model of your hitch prior to ordering. 

What are your hours of operations?

Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm and Saturdays from 8:30 am to 10:00 am.  Weekdays:  We take our last job in at 3:00 pm.  We accept later or earlier work at our discretion (outside of our normal operating hours).
